TIX Sexual Harassment Policy
Iowa State University (“ISU” or the “university”) does not tolerate sexual harassment, sexual assault, dating violence, domestic violence, or stalking in its education programs or activities. In this policy, these unacceptable behaviors are collectively referred to as “Prohibited Sexual Harassment” and are specifically defined within the policy and guidance. An individual alleged to have engaged in Prohibited Sexual Harassment is presumed not responsible for the alleged conduct until a determination regarding responsibility is made at the conclusion of the applicable adjudication process.

Sexual Assault
Sexual assault may include:
